This Is What Your Role Looks Like

Our Application Consulting team is growing, and we’re looking for a senior who’s ready to take content leadership! As a Senior Application Consultant SAP, you’ll focus on our core financial platform, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, as well as on financial applications for invoices, payments and external reporting. You make sure these applications are used to their full potential, so the needs of the business, the wishes of users, and the systems are perfectly aligned. You prevent malfunctions by acting proactively, and if something does go wrong, you know exactly how to fix it. With your experience and deep understanding of how software can optimize finance and sales processes, you’ll directly contribute to the continued professionalization of our finance application landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• •Optimize our Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and other Finance processes.
• •Advise on the implementation of SAP applications, services, and smaller changes.
• •Align the functional requirements and wishes of the business, and stay in direct contact with (internal and external) stakeholders to keep them updated on progress.
• •Support daily operations and technical and financial events.
• •Proactively analyze the way we work and take the lead in continuous improvement.
• •Act as a sparring partner for your fellow Application Consultants.

Who Are You?

You are an experienced, assertive application consultant with a strong focus on finance, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing organization. You take the lead and make sure application management at Basic-Fit is carried out in a structured way. Proactive, analytical, and happy to take initiative: that’s you.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

• •Deep knowledge of finance;
• •A bachelor’s degree, preferably in an ICT-related field;
• •At least 7 years of experience in a similar position as a financial application or functional consultant;
• •Experience with Agile/Scrum work methods;
• •Experience in SAP S/4HANA, preferably the Public Cloud edition;
• •Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Dutch is an advantage;
• •The ability to build good relationships with the business and serve as an accessible point of contact for others.
