Your Role

As an Engagement Manager you will help our customers to drive successfully SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering transformative solutions that enable organizations to achieve their business objectives in the digital landscape.

• •Project Management: lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of SAP solutions
• •Client Engagement: establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction
• •Team Coordination: coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
• •Scope Management: define project scope, manage changes, and mitigate risks
• •Business Development: identify opportunities for business growth and drive sales

Your Profile

• •A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 10+ years of SAP complex project experience
• •Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
• •A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address client concerns and negotiate win-win solutions
• •A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude with focus on delivering quality
• •A native speaker Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
