  • SAP-HCM-Landschaft Verantwortung für Konzeption, Implementierung und
  • Steuerung von Changes Schwerpunkt auf SAP HCM Payroll Deutschland
  • (PY), optional Zeitwirtschaft (PT) Beratung von HR-Fachbereichen und
  • Key Usern Durchführung von Customizing in PA, OM, PY und optional PT
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen entlang des
  • Employee Lifecycle Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs sowie 2nd- &
  • 3rd-Level-Support Steuerung von Testaktivitäten und
  • Qualitätssicherung Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen
  • HR-IT-Projekten Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemstrategie mit Fokus auf
  • SuccessFactors Betreuung von SAP- & Non-SAP-Schnittstellen Umsetzung
  • gesetzlicher Anforderungen im Payroll-Umfeld Zusammenarbeit mit
  • internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Dienstleistern und
  • Implementierungspartnern Was Sie mitbringen Studium der
  • Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP HCM Consultant Sehr gute
  • Kenntnisse in: SAP HCM PA SAP HCM OM SAP HCM PY SAP HCM PT
  • (wünschenswert) Fundierte Customizing-Erfahrung Erfahrung im
  • Application Management Know-how im Support geschäftskritischer
  • HR-Anwendungen Kenntnisse in SuccessFactors Employee Central von
  • Vorteil Erfahrung in hybriden SAP-HCM-/SuccessFactors-Landschaften
  • wünschenswert Grundkenntnisse in: ABAP Debugging User Exits BAdIs
  • SAP-Integrationen Projektmanagement-Erfahrung Ausgeprägte
  • Kommunikations- & Beratungskompetenz Deutsch und Englisch
