• Your role
• You will work with some of the Nordics' leading organizations, guiding complex SAP transformation programs from strategy through execution while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to take on a highly visible leadership role, influence major business transformations, and be part of a collaborative team that combines local expertise with global capabilities. The profile aligns with the team's focus on senior leaders who have driven end-to-end SAP implementations and large transformation programs.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• •Lead large-scale SAP transformation programs and strategic client engagements.
• •Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations from vision to successful go-live.
• •Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.

• •Lead and inspire multidisciplinary delivery teams across complex environments.
• •Ensure successful outcomes through strong governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Your profile

• •10+ years of experience in SAP consulting and transformation programs.
• •Proven track record as an SAP Project Manager and/or Program Manager.
• •Multiple successful end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably within SAP S/4HANA.
• •Based in Sweden and able to work in Swedish and English, with Swedish strongly preferred.
• •Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
