As a Senior Scrum Master , you'll be the cornerstone of this mission, ensuring the security of crucial data, optimizing IT infrastructure, and simplifying business processes through cutting-edge software systems. Key Responsibilities :

Guide scrum-team through all sprints of a program increment, removing impediments and championing the team

Organize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events

Track and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and management

Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs

Assist product owners with backlog grooming

Determine and remove impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goals

Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity

Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation

Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution

Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition

Assist with internal and external communication

Assist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well-defined acceptance criteria

Qualifications :

Education/Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience

Experience leading Agile Scrum teams in a cloud environment

Strong understanding of DevSecOps and/or software/application development processes

Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Experience with Atlassian Agile Products; specifically JIRA and Confluence

Active TS/SCI clearance required to start and must be able to obtain a CI Poly

Required Skills :

5+ years of experience working within the DoD or IC Community

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

Scaled Agile Framework for the enterprise (SAFe) Agilist Certification
