freiheit.com wurde 1999 in Hamburg gegründet und entwickelt seitdem custom large-scale Softwareprodukte. Unsere Mission ist: “Ship great software”.

In mehr als zwei Jahrzehnten haben wir immer das ausgeliefert, was wir versprochen haben – “always on time, on budget, on target and on quality”.

85% unserer Members sind Software Engineers mit Abschlüssen in Informatik, Physik oder Mathematik, viele auch mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Maschinellem Lernen und Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Seit über einem Vierteljahrhundert arbeiten wir für das „Who’s Who“ der deutschen und europäischen Industrie- und Handelsunternehmen. Retail, Automotive, E-Commerce, Healthcare und mehr.

Unsere large-scale Softwareprodukte werden täglich von Millionen von Benutzern verwendet und sind entscheidend für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Kunden. Jedes Produkt ist somit geschäftskritisch und ist von strategischer Relevanz.

Unser Team besteht aus 300+ Members aus der ganzen Welt. In unseren Büros in Hamburg und Lissabon bauen wir gemeinsam Produkte, die noch nie jemand zuvor entwickelt hat.

Unsere Teams arbeiten datengetrieben, um ihre eigene Produktivität ständig zu optimieren. Jedes Teammitglied übernimmt die “end-to-end” Verantwortung für seine Arbeit. Um erfolgreich zu sein, muss man produktiv sein. Um produktiv zu sein, muss man effizient und effektiv sein.
