Senior Servicing Attorney

• This is a senior legal role supporting mortgage servicing operations across litigation, regulatory matters, compliance, and legal risk management.
• You will advise servicing teams on complex legal issues while managing litigation, regulatory complaints, title claims, and customer disputes.
• The position offers broad exposure to federal and state mortgage servicing requirements as well as investor and insurer guidelines.
• You will work closely with operational, compliance, vendor management, and legal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risk.
• The role combines strategic legal judgment with hands-on review of loan files, customer communications, policies, procedures, and regulatory responses.
• You will also interact with regulatory agencies, attorneys general, outside counsel, vendors, investors, and internal business teams.
