Senior Software Developer (Applied AI GTM)

Location: Remote (Bulgaria Only)

• ROLE SUMMARY
• Join our Applied AI team to design, build, and deliver advanced AI solutions that automate and optimize Go-To-Market (GTM) operations. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive business impact with actionable AI insights and streamlined processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design and develop AI-driven systems to optimize GTM workflows

Engineer data signals to identify purchase intent, expansion opportunities, and churn risk

Build and maintain data pipelines and backend services for GTM automation

Rapidly prototype and scale AI concepts into production features

Collaborate directly with stakeholders to address operational challenges

Contribute to Dext’s proprietary AI agent platform

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency with AI-assisted development environments (Cursor, Claude Code)

Experience with LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic)

End-to-end full-stack development (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, SQL)

Strong data pipeline skills; comfortable with structured data

Ability to iterate from prototype to stable, scalable product

Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset

BONUS SKILLS

Experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas

Interest in sales, customer success, or marketing operations
