  • Framework and contribute to additional microservices (e.g. in
  • FastAPI), consistently using AI-assisted development tools such as
  • GitHub Copilot or Cursor to deliver faster and more efficiently As an
  • experienced software developer, you coordinate with your colleagues in
  • the backend team and all relevant stakeholders (product management,
  • frontend development, UX, sales, etc.) You actively help drive the
  • AI-first development culture: you explore new tools, share best
  • practices within the team and help integrate AI meaningfully into
  • daily workflows You support the technical documentation of the product
  • You conduct AI-assisted code reviews, help apply AI tools in
  • day-to-day development and support ticket distribution and the
  • steering of the development process Your Profile You develop features
