  • Tools, teilst Best Practices im Team und hilfst dabei, AI sinnvoll in
  • die täglichen Workflows zu integrieren Du unterstützt bei der
  • technischen Dokumentation des Produkts Du führst AI-unterstützte
  • Code Reviews durch, hilfst beim Einsatz von AI-Tools im
  • Entwicklungsalltag und unterstützt bei der Verteilung von Tickets und
  • der Steuerung der Entwicklung Profil Du hast ein abgeschlossenes
  • Studium der Informatik, eines verwandten Studiengangs mit IT-Fokus,
  • oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/-in
  • Anwendungsentwicklung Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre relevante
  • Berufserfahrung in Vollzeit gesammelt Du hast bereits mehrjährige
  • Erfahrungen mit Python und der Backend-Entwicklung mit Django / Django
  • REST Framework; Erfahrung mit weiteren Frameworks wie FastAPI ist ein
  • Plus Du bist sicher im Design und der Entwicklung von REST-APIs sowie
  • im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z.B. PostgreSQL) und
  • ORM-basiertem Datenmodellieren Du arbeitest routiniert mit
  • AI-gestützten Coding Tools (z.B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor oder
  • vergleichbare) und weißt, wie man deren Output kritisch bewertet und
  • sinnvoll in bestehende Workflows integriert Du hast Lust, eine AI
  • First Kultur mitzugestalten – du probierst neue Tools aus, teilst
  • deine Erfahrungen und hilfst dem Team, smarter zu arbeiten Wir bieten
