Your role

Our cross functional teams of developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts and project managers are responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using various modern technologies such as front-end (angular- and react-based), mobile applications (iOS and Android) or low-code platform (Salesforce & Dynamics365). They are highly independent, capable in Agile Process and Lean Software Engineering practices. In our daily work we cultivate good communication and culture of feedback. Your project

Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.

We are hiring in Poznań, Wrocław and Gdańsk!

Your tasks

• •Involvement in development and maintenance of IT systems according to clients’ needs using the best praxis and design patterns.
• •Depending on projects requirements analysis, design, implementation and finally testing and deployment of deliveries.
• •Creating specifications and documentation for the business requirements and implemented features.
• •Possible leading a small development team.
• •Using modern development tools and practices, including AI-assisted coding tools and coding agents where appropriate, while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security and technical decisions.

Your profile

• •At least 4-5 years of experience in developing web applications with support for desktop and mobile and highly developed skills in the following technologies: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS.
• •Experience with HTML5, CSS3.
• •Very good knowledge of versioning system GIT.
• •Ability to write unit test and E2E tests.
• •Bootstrap, Angular Material, NgRX (would be an advantage).
• •Good command of English and German (B2+).
• •Team leading experience (as a great advantage).
• •Interest in AI-assisted software development and a willingness to learn how coding agents can support activities such as implementation, testing, code review, documentation and technical exploration. Previous experience with these tools is welcome but not required.
