In this position, you will become member of a passionate team of highly competent software engineers and scientists developing next-generation products which will further increase the accuracy and confidence during radiation treatment targeting anatomies undergoing physiological motion. Responsibilities

• •Develop and maintain algorithms for tissue tracking, patient positioning, and motion estimation in radiotherapy.
• •Design and evaluate conventional and AI-based methods for medical image analysis and tracking.
• •Optimize algorithms for clinical deployment using C++, CUDA, C# and Python.
• •Create realistic simulation of synthetic ground-truth data for quantitative algorithm validation.
• •Contribute to a shared codebase through code reviews, pull requests, testing, and documentation.
• •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative algorithms into clinical products.

Qualifications

• •MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• •Strong software engineering skills and experience developing production-quality code in a team environment.
• •Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, and CUDA.
• •Strong background in algorithm development and numerical methods.
• •Experience with modern software development practices, including Git, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
• •Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks is a plus.
• •Background in medical imaging, computer vision, image registration, tracking, or computational modeling is advantageous.
• •Analytical mindset, scientific curiosity, and excellent communication skills.
• •Fluent in English.
