The role, in one line

You will take entire, highly complex features from idea to production across a multi-service, multi-technology product, and help shape how the team builds it.

What you will own

Lead the build of new product features and maintain existing ones, driving impactful engineering initiatives and owning end-to-end delivery.

Work across the full software development lifecycle: frontend, backend, testing, deployment, and LLM-based functionality where applicable.

Contribute to the architecture, and propose scalable, sustainable solutions.

Work with product managers and designers to capture requirements and build a strong business perspective on the features you implement.

Break complex, ambiguous problems into well-scoped, clearly defined tasks that align with product and technical goals.

Write scalable, high-performance, maintainable code, with testability, coverage, continuous integration, and backward compatibility built in.

Own feature delivery from discovery through deployment and monitoring. Address blockers and risks proactively, with minimal supervision.

Mentor and support other engineers through knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and code reviews.

Work across teams to remove dependencies, build alignment, and make sure your team's work fits the broader technical direction.

What you will need

Must-have

Advanced programming experience and in-depth knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud, React, React Native, and Apache Kafka.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

6+ years of relevant work experience.

Experience with agile processes, continuous delivery, and continuous integration.

The ability to multitask and organize your work.

The ability to prioritize.

Strong integrity and work ethic.

Nice-to-have

Experience with LLMs, AI-driven architectures, and autonomous agents.

Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and MLOps practices.
