Ensure traceability and data integrity by connecting test systems with MES, ERP and databases; build dashboards and reports on yield, failures and cycle times.

Analyze test results and line performance to detect root causes, reduce false failures and improve first-pass yield and test time.

Define and apply best practices for code quality, versioning, testing, CI/CD and deployment to the shop floor.

Provide support for production incidents, minimizing line downtime.

Collaborate in the design and industrialization of new test stations and in the validation of new product introductions (NPI).

Solid knowledge of communication protocols and interfaces (e.g., Modbus, CAN, serial, TCP/IP, OCPP) and of working with instrumentation and hardware.

Experience with AI and automation tools (workflows).

Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, databases and developing scalable, reliable systems.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and work alongside shop-floor teams.
