This Opportunity

Truveta's mission is Saving Lives with Data: helping researchers find cures faster, empowering every clinician to be an expert, and helping families make the most informed decisions about their care. Semantic normalization is where that data becomes usable. Every dataset Truveta delivers runs through it.

Have proven experience building reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions using modern cloud-based paradigms

Are quick learners who can iterate on and evolve distributed software solutions while carefully balancing privacy, security, and reliability requirements with a changing product landscape

Have knowledge of and experience designing and working with distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs

Can guide workstreams, mentor and inspire junior developers, and cultivate a positive work environment

Adhere to Truveta principles in support of ethical innovation

Are committed to ongoing training on key topics such as privacy, ethics, and security

Key Qualifications:

5+ years of experience building production-quality software in a team setting

Experience building cloud services or data pipelines in Java, Python, or C#

Experience building and supporting cross-platform, multi-tenant services

2+ years of experience on cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
