Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility

Supporting Activities

Testing

• •Responsible for the creation of test cases using own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications such as reliability, efficiency, usability, maintainability and portability).
• •Creates traceability records, from test cases back to requirements.
• •Produces test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
• •Specifies requirements for environment, data, resources and tools. Interprets, executes and documents complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards.
• •Records and analyses actions and results, and maintains a defect register.
• •Reviews test results and modifies tests if necessary.
• •Provides reports on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with the overall project.
• •Reports on system quality and collects metrics on test cases.
• •Provides specialist advice to support others.

Quality Assurance

• •Conducts formal audits or reviews to investigates the conduct of processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards for activities, processes, data, products or services.
• •For projects, development or support activities; plans, organizes and conducts audits and determines whether appropriate quality control has been applied.
• •Collates, collects and examines records, analyses the evidence and drafts all or part of formal compliance reports.
• •Determines the risks associated with findings and non-compliances and proposes corrective actions

Relationship Management

• •Implements stakeholder engagement / communications plan.
• •Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
• •Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
• •Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
• •Understands and collaborates on the analysis of user/customer needs and represents this in their work. − Influences customers, suppliers and partners at account level.
• •Engages across all stakeholders to ensure that user needs are being met throughout − Provides informed feedback to assess and promote understanding.

• •Provides advice and guidance to support adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.

Experience, Education, and Certifications:

• •Proven experience managing and leading mentoring colleagues.
• •Proven line management and leadership management
• •Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders.
• •Experience of regulated environments (GxP, Financial, etc…) or relevant testing experience from another domain that is transferable
• •Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data
• •Modeling, Process Modeling and/or other development methodologies
• •Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector
• •Solid Professional experience in the same or very similar role
• •Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience
• •English: Fluent
