Act as the go-to expert on the current Vault setup, driving configuration clean-up, rationalization, reuse, and standardization across markets and business processes.

Partner with the Product Owner/Product Manager on backlog maturity, prioritization, and release planning across configuration, integration, validation, and business readiness.

Collaborate with architecture and integration teams on PromoMats touchpoints with enterprise DAM, MedComms, content platforms, and identity/access services.

Flex into adjacent MLR priorities as the capability evolves, including automation and AI-assisted review opportunities, in partnership with the wider DCCE team.

Assess enhancement requests and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, solution options, configuration specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Perform impact analysis across configuration, metadata, security, workflows, integrations, reporting, and downstream processes before changes are approved.

Review the existing Vault setup and identify opportunities for clean-up, rationalization, reuse, and standardization.

Product & Backlog Management

Mature, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with the Product Owner/Product Manager based on business value, compliance needs, technical dependencies, and platform strategy.

Write high-quality user stories covering business intent, existing configuration, proposed behavior, technical considerations, and expected outcomes.

Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria, process flows, data/metadata requirements, security considerations, dependencies, and validation approach.

Facilitate refinement, solution design, sprint planning, release readiness, and post-deployment reviews with the global cross-functional team.

MLR Process & Integration Collaboration

Apply strong understanding of promotional content management and MLR review to ensure system changes support compliant and efficient ways of working.

Partner with business, architecture, and technical teams on integrations with enterprise DAM, MedComms, content ecosystems, identity/access services, and other connected platforms.

Document current- and future-state processes, data flows, integration touchpoints, decision rules, and exception scenarios.

Quality, Validation & Testing

Develop and review test scenarios, test cases, and traceability to confirm configured solutions meet approved requirements.

Coordinate system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment validation, and hypercare.

Ensure acceptance criteria address quality, compliance, and MLR risk considerations.

Documentation, Governance & Continuous Improvement

Maintain current documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, including requirements, configuration decisions, process maps, test evidence, and release artifacts.

Support end-to-end traceability across requirements, design decisions, configuration, testing, approvals, and deployment.
