Prüfung und Dokumentation von Genehmigungserfordernissen nach KrWaffKontrG, AWG/AWV, EU-Dual-Use-Recht sowie Embargo- und Sanktionsregimen
Bewertung von Durchfuhr-, Transit-, Einfuhr-, Ausfuhr- und Verbringungssachverhalten einschließlich Routen- und Genehmigungsmatrix
Erstellung und Pflege von Ländersteckbriefen, Prüfschemata, Eskalationsmatrizen und Projekt-Gates Export Control
Prüfung exportkontrollbezogener Vertragsklauseln zu Endverbleib, No-Re-export, Re-Transfer, Incoterms, Transport und technischer Unterstützung
Begleitung von Anträgen, Meldungen, Auflagen und Nachweisen in Behördenportalen wie ELAN-K2 und dem BMWE-Antragsportal
Monitoring relevanter Rechtsänderungen, Güterlisten, BAFA-/BMWE-Hinweise, Sanktionslisten sowie US-, Schweizer und sonstiger Prioritätsregime

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Rechtswissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften, International Relations, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Exportkontrolle, Außenwirtschaftsrecht, Kriegswaffenkontrolle, Rüstungsgüter- oder Dual-Use-Genehmigungsverfahren
Branchenkenntnisse in der Verteidigungsindustrie von Vorteil
Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Integrität und Entscheidungsstärke
Selbstständige, strukturierte und dokumentationssichere Arbeitsweise
Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenstärke gegenüber Behörden, Projekten, Legal, Compliance und Auslandsgesellschaften
