Job Description

Sr. Specialist, Field Communications Strategy, Analytics & Operations

Position

Overview: The Sr. Specialist will be a member of the Field Communications Strategy, Analytics & Operations team and will help define, develop, and manage communication channels, platforms, and capabilities for US Human Health Field Sales teams across all Business Units. The role will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, L&D, Compliance, Legal, and other functions to optimize these resources and ensure alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and govern the communication channel strategy and access across Marketing, Sales Leadership, field-based employees, L&D, Compliance, Legal, and IT to optimize platforms, systems, and processes for US Human Health Field Sales teams across all Business Units.
  • Support the development, optimization, and operation of the bulletin communication platform (MyComms) and the non-customer-facing resource platform (Nexus) in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and other headquarters functions supporting US Human Health Field Sales across all Business Units.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and technical support for field-based employees and communication administrators using communication channels and platforms.
  • Support Field-Initiated Exhibits processes and systems, ensuring compliant event documentation, payment processing, and reporting in collaboration with global teams.
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies, KPIs, and data visualization techniques to support compliance and data transparency for Field-Initiated Exhibits; coordinate with Ethics Compliance Operations, event organizers, approvers, and vendors to meet federal and state transparency reporting requirements and maintain MCAAS audit readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support for Field and Launch Readiness activities, including distribution lists, site permissions, internal communications, field resources, credentialing, onboarding, and closeout activities.
  • Manage Field Sales credentialing and attestation processes and the associated vendor relationship to ensure field compliance requirements are met.
  • Partner with Communication Strategy Leads to align and support field-facing communications, channels, and resources.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Create and maintain relevant standard operating procedures to support compliant communication channel strategy and execution.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Operations, Change Management, Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Marketing Operations Support.
  • Strategic Planning / Execution Excellence: Prioritizes and independently manages complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; translates objectives into actionable plans, monitors progress, and delivers high-quality results in accordance with compliance standards. Agile experience is preferred.
  • Innovation — Digital Proficiency: Applies advanced workflow automation and foundational data visualization capabilities to develop practical solutions, improve processes, and support digital transformation.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Business Savviness: Applies knowledge of promotional review processes and related compliance requirements to support sound operational decisions and compliant execution.
  • Innovation — Digital Proficiency: Leverages relevant business platforms—including Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Outlook, as well as SQL, Veeva, and Salesforce—to improve workflows, enhance visibility, and enable effective business operations; experience with Power BI and broader data analytics tools and techniques is preferred.
  • Influence / Change Catalyst: Develops and delivers presentations, training, and facilitated sessions for field-based employees that clearly communicate expectations, build capability, and support adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Decision Making — Data Analytics: Applies data analytics tools and techniques beyond foundational visualization to identify insights, evaluate options, and support informed business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning / Business Savviness: Uses knowledge of Field Sales organizational structures and operating models to anticipate downstream impacts and align operational processes with business needs.
  • Networking & Partnerships / Innovation: Uses collaboration, automation, document management, and design tools—such as Power Automate and Photoshop—to partner effectively, streamline work, and develop user-focused solutions.

$106,200.00 - $167,200.00
