This position will enable a best-in-class employee experience through subject matter expertise, consultation, and service delivery for the assigned function. This includes the implementation, delivery, and management of innovative
HR solutions. This role is an escalation point for the HRS Representative (Tier 1) to provide specialist expertise to triage and resolve HR cases. This role works directly with people leaders, employees, and the HRBP function to meet human resources needs and provides inputs to program design.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Delivering transactional and operational day to day HR Solution activities as per the standard operating procedure and HR policies. Ensuring accurate and timely employee data management as well as performing audits and validations of transactions for accuracy and consistency.
- Provides employees, managers and HR Business Partners exceptional standards of customer services and support across a wide range of HR activities and processes.
- Provide complex explanations, and appropriate levels of troubleshooting and problem solving to complex queries from internal stakeholders and external organizations as and when needed. Act as reviewer/approver of transaction, as applicable.
- Participate in system testing and changes with the relevant stakeholders as required. Analyze and review the impact of changes to the current process, and work closely with Technology to ensure successful deliveries.
- Lead and champion in the continuous process improvement, implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions to provide a best-in-class HR services.
- Engage with third-party providers to establish, develop, and review the suite of services, and ensure that third-party vendors adhere to established service level agreements.
- Maintain good partnership within team, country HR, HR Business lead, HR community, COEs and other functional team across JAPAC country and regions in achieving HR operation strategies and functional goals.
- Ensures standardized HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way across different business/countries.
- Provide coaching and support to team members in order to achieve sustainable learning and team competencies
- Proactively provide ideas and recommendation to leaders regarding best practices in optimizing processes across multiple pillars to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers. This includes providing recommendations, alternative solutions and insights to Functional Team
- Leaders to continuously improve HR Knowledge Base and Case Management content.
- Other incidental duties assigned by Functional leaders.
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree in in related filed, 7+ years of work experience in Human Resources with relevant experience in managing HR processes for the assigned function required
- Experience in HR shared services industry and shared services set up will be an advantage.
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Relevant experience in multiple HRS pillars.
- Experience managing HR system data, processes and HR enabling technologies (e.g., case management, employee and manager self-service) how they work within a customer service business environment (ServiceNow preferred) and ERP system mainly workday.
- Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required.
- High data analytical skill which able to interpret complex data reconciliation/comparison and propose for resolutions.
- Experience with interacting and supporting all levels of management and cross countries operations.
- Results-oriented and problem solver mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.).
- Highly articulate, well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment are essential
- Have leadership capability and able to manage team HR Operation in the absence of Functional Lead.
