- We're seeking a Senior Specialist, Loyalty Program Management to support one of Australia's premier banking loyalty programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of loyalty, payments, data, and customer engagement, helping shape and deliver a best-in-market personalised card-linked offers proposition that reaches millions of consumers.

- What You'll Do
- As part of a dedicated client-facing team, you will play a critical role in managing and evolving a strategic loyalty program for a leading Australian bank.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted partner to key customer stakeholders, building strong and productive relationships that support long-term program success.
- Managing day-to-day program operations while ensuring program performance, milestones, risks, and opportunities are clearly communicated to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the delivery of loyalty program outcomes across product, operational, and offer content initiatives.
- Working closely with product, technology, operations, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer success through Mastercard's broader suite of services and capabilities.
- Collaborating with Products & Platforms teams to help design, optimise, and evolve program features and customer experiences.
- Capturing customer insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities to continuously improve program performance and value.
- Partnering with Finance to support regular program invoicing and commercial operations.
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and innovation of one of Australia's leading loyalty and rewards programs.

- You'll bring:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, program management, or customer success roles.
- A strong track record of delivering positive customer outcomes and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a focus on execution and delivery.
- An understanding of the Australian loyalty and offers ecosystem, ideally within financial services, retail, payments, or customer engagement.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of an organisation.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and responsiveness.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an appreciation of data structures, analytics, and technology-enabled solutions.
