We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and digitally savvy Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the MENA Revenue Enablement function.

The role will coordinate enablement programs, maintain reporting and content, and identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation. You will create leverage for Revenue Enablement leadership by ensuring programs run smoothly, data is accurate and stakeholders remain aligned.

What you’ll do

Enablement operations

Coordinate onboarding, Revenue Way, Skill Builders, certifications, workshops and other enablement programs.

Manage calendars, logistics, invitations, attendance, communications and follow-up.

Coordinate trainers, subject-matter experts, managers and commercial teams.

Track actions, deadlines and dependencies, and proactively follow up.

Reporting and insights

Own recurring enablement reporting and dashboards.

Track attendance, completion, certification, assessment results, adoption and other KPIs.

Maintain accurate data across relevant platforms and systems.

Provide concise updates, insights and recommendations to leadership.

AI, automation and improvement

Identify repetitive processes that can be simplified or automated.

Support practical AI tools, workflows, prompts, knowledge assistants and reporting solutions.

Create reusable templates, playbooks and AI resources for commercial teams.

Help improve processes, operating rhythms and adoption of approved AI tools.

Content and stakeholder coordination

Maintain and organize MENA enablement content and support Highspot governance.

Coordinate content updates and adapt global resources for MENA audiences.

Support cross-functional enablement projects across Sales, BDR, Pre-Sales and After-Sales.

Prepare project plans, meeting materials, status updates and action trackers.

Support internal communications and selected commercial content using approved digital and AI tools.

What success looks like

Enablement programs are delivered smoothly, consistently and on time.

Reporting is accurate, timely and useful for decision-making.

Administrative workload is reduced through better processes and automation.

Enablement content is organized, accessible and up to date.

Commercial teams increasingly use practical AI resources and workflows.

Issues are identified early and actions are followed through without detailed direction.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, L&D, Program Management, PMO, Commercial Operations or a similar environment.

Excellent organization, attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

Comfortable working with dashboards, data and multiple systems.

Experience with Highspot, Salesforce, an LMS or similar platforms is an advantage.

Strong interest in AI, automation and digital productivity tools.

Able to create professional presentations, communications and digital resources.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.

The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and will work closely with Revenue Enablement leadership and stakeholders across Sales, BDR, Pre-Sales, After-Sales, Product, Marketing and Communications.
