Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige strategische Bearbeitung der Warengruppen z.B. Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Antriebstechnik oder Zerspanung/Guss
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Erarbeitung von Einsparpotentialen und Verbesserungsmassnahmen inkl. Umsetzung
  • Verantwortliche Koordination und Umsetzung von Lieferanteneskalationen im Rahmen des Engpassmanagements
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Warengruppenstrategien für eigene Warengruppen
  • Aufbau und Qualifizierung von neuen Lieferanten und Entwicklung von bestehenden Lieferanten
  • Durchführung der weltweiten Beschaffungsmarktforschung
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Produktionsmaterial für die Geschäftsbereiche Werkzeugmaschinen, Lasertechnik (inkl. EUV) und Elektrowerkzeuge in Zusammenarbeit mit der Disposition und dem Qualitätsmanagement
  • Initiierung und Begleitung von Lieferantenaudits als Lieferantenauditor
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von (bestehenden) Systemen / Prozessen
  • Leitung bzw. Mitwirkung in Einkaufsprojekten z.B. MGK Reduzierung oder Verkürzung der Wiederbeschaffungszeit
  • Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Bearbeitung von Rechnungsabweichungen

Was wir suchen

  • Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im strategischen/technischem Einkauf, in einem technischen Umfeld (Maschinenbau, Automotive, Medizintechnik oder Luftfahrt)
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im MS Office und SAP (R/3 oder S4 HANA)
  • Reisetätigkeit 10%
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
