The following position is to join RTX Enterprise Services team:

The Enterprise Services (ES) Order to Cash (OTC) organization is seeking a strong candidate to join our energetic and fast-paced Contract Setup Team. The Senior Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting bookings, shipments, and cash for RTX.

What You Will Do

  • Manage employees that load various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts
  • Perform contract reconciliations and analyze reports to resolve funding variances and delivery term discrepancies.
  • Partner with external customers, OTC peers, RTX program offices, contract administrators and payment offices to provide clarity and resolutions related to contract setup process.
  • Lead various initiatives within OTC including process improvements, process harmonization, and team building
  • Provide expertise and support to teams located in multiple locations and time zones
  • Understand and interpret Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DFARS Regulations as they apply to Department of Defense delivery, financing, invoicing and payments

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel (formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing and leading small team projects

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience working well in teams and with peers
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment
  • Experience with FAR/DFARs, Government web-based tools (EDA) and PIEE environment
  • Experience and knowledge working in an Accounts Receivable environment
  • Experience with the MOCAS database
  • Experience leading teams with responsibility for setting priorities, assigning work, managing performance, and developing employees

Work Location: This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Farmington, CT, Cedar Rapids, IA, Tucson, AZ, or Richardson, TX

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
