Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electromagnetic Warfare

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electromagnetic Warfare based in United States.

• This is a high-impact engineering role focused on industrializing and scaling critical electronics within an Electromagnetic Warfare supply base.
• You will work across engineering, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and external suppliers to move complex designs from early builds into reliable production.
• The role combines deep electronics manufacturing expertise with supplier development, process optimization, capacity planning, and production readiness.
• You will influence design-for-manufacturing decisions early while ensuring suppliers can consistently meet demanding quality, cost, and throughput targets.
• Your work will span PCBA, cables and harnesses, connectors, active and passive components, and RF/microwave technologies.
• With significant ownership and supplier-facing responsibility, you will help establish production capabilities, improve manufacturing processes, and reduce supply-chain risk.
• The position is remote-friendly, with a preference for office presence and an expectation of at least 50% travel to supplier and other relevant sites.
