Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator's primary role is managing the Open Purchase Order and Cost Management.

• •He/she is expected to support an average of ~400 unique Purchase Requests per month.
• •The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting procurement operations.
• •In addition to purchase requisition processing, responsibilities include supplier coordination, order tracking, and new item creation/maintenance.
• •Support warehouse operations when the need arises.

Requirements

• •Min Diploma in relevant specialisation.
• •1-2 years of related experience in procurement or purchasing.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• •Comfortable to work in cold-room environment occasionally (Jacket provided)
• •Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• •Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized.
• •Ability to grasp general concepts of import/export regulations.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• •Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
