- Balance production, inventory, capacity, and customer requirements to achieve service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Monitor performance against production plans, identify root causes of gaps, and drive corrective actions to resolution.
- Own delivery commitments for make-to-order products, considering capacity, material availability, lead times, and business priorities.
- Drive supply planning processes for third-party manufactured products and collaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks.
- Lead scenario planning and risk assessments related to capacity, inventory, material availability, and production lead times.
- Develop and maintain material supply plans (MRP) to support manufacturing requirements.
- Manage raw material and component inventories while ensuring uninterrupted production.
- Identify supply risks and lead mitigation strategies across internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities, optimizing inventory deployment across the network.
- Recommend inventory, allocation, and replenishment strategies that support customer service and working capital targets.
- Lead cross-functional issue resolution and continuously improve planning processes, standards, and best practices.
What you'll bring
