## Aufgaben:

Administration von Zugriffs- und Berechtigungssystemen im RACF-Umfeld auf IBM zSystems
Umsetzung und Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien im Mainframe-Umfeld
Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen zur effizienten Systemadministration
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Administrationswerkzeuge sowie Erstellung neuer Tools und Self-Services
Implementierung und Erweiterung automatisierter Prozesse im Rahmen von zSecurity-Projekten
Beratung und Unterstützung interner Nutzer bei Design-, Prozess- und Verfahrensfragen im RACF-Umfeld
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Provisionierungsprozessen für Unix-Serversysteme
Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Sicherheitsniveaus der bereitgestellten Services

## Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung der Informatik mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung im IBM-Mainframe-Umfeld und in entsprechenden Entwicklungs- bzw. Betriebsumgebungen
Grundkenntnisse in TSO/ISPF, REXX, Db2, CICS, XML und JavaScript
Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Aufbereitung komplexer technischer Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
Praktische Erfahrung im Systemdesign und in der Administration von RACF im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb wünschenswert
Zertifizierung im Bereich Mainframe Security von Vorteil
Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Übersetzung technischer, prozessualer und fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen
Kommunikationsstärke und Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklerteams zur Lösungsfindung
