Als Senior Systemingenieur (m/w/d) sind Sie zuständig für die Koordination der Systementwicklungsprozesse bei der Entwicklung von Unbemannten Fluggeräten und deren Komponenten.

Ihre weiteren Aufgaben:

  • Ableitung strukturierter Anforderungen, Erstellung von Realisierungskonzepten sowie Bewertung technischer Risiken
  • Systementwurf (Architecture Design) und Ableitung von Anforderungen an beteiligte Subsysteme und Komponenten
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von technischen Spezifikationen und Schnittstellen
  • Abstimmungen mit der Zulassungsbehörde
  • Erstellung von projektspezifischen Entwicklungsplänen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Design-Reviews während der verschiedenen Entwicklungsstadien
  • Validierung und Verifikation im Bereich Gesamtsysteme
  • Abstimmung der Safety-Konzepte mit den jeweiligen Safety-Ingenieuren (m/w/d)
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der für die Musterzulassung notwendigen Systementwicklungsprozesse inklusive Toollandschaft
  • Vorbereitung / Abhaltung von Schulungen für (neue) Kollegen (m/w/d)
  • Diplom-Ingenieur (m/w/d) aus dem Bereich Mechatronik / Elektrotechnik / Maschinenbau oder vergeleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Systemengineering vorzugsweise von Luftfahrtkomponenten
  • Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsprozessen (V-Modell) und Konstruktionssicherungssystemen, vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsstandards der bemannten Luftfahrt (ARP4754, ARP4761, DO160, DO254, DO178) oder vergleichbarer Vorschriften aus sicherheitskritischen Bereichen
  • Erfahrung mit MBSE Tools sowie Requirements-Management Tools (z.B. JAMA) und im Projektmanagement
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Standardbüro - Software (MS-Office)
  • Gute technische Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, hohes Engagement sowie ausgeprägte Zielorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
