We’re looking for a hands-on Systems and Network Administrator to join our Business Technology Infrastructure team as a Senior Systems and Network Administrator. You will own the health, security and availability of a hybrid environment covering on-premises infrastructure, cloud services, disaster recovery and the corporate network. The role blends escalation support with real infrastructure ownership and suits someone who enjoys solving problems for users as much as building reliable systems behind the scenes.

You will

Cloud and hosting : Manage Linux-based web hosting and cloud resources across staging and production.

Servers and infrastructure: Administer virtualized and hyperconverged on-premises infrastructure (VMware ESXi), including Windows and Linux servers, patching, capacity and lifecycle management.

Backup and disaster recovery : Administer backup and replication platforms and regularly test and document restore and failover procedures.

Microsoft 365 and identity: Administer Microsoft 365, hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID, including access policies and multi-factor authentication.

Endpoint management: Manage Windows clients, macOS and mobile devices, from provisioning through ongoing monitoring and support.

Networking and security: Own the network, including firewalls, switching, wireless and VPN. Enforce security policy, monitor traffic and protect mission-critical systems.

Support and service management: Act as Tier 3 escalation for hardware, software and infrastructure issues, onsite and remote. Manage incidents, requests and changes in JIRA within service levels, and keep stakeholders and users informed.

Automation and documentation: Script routine tasks and maintain clear technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Other: Participate in periodic off-hours maintenance windows and occasional travel to remote sites.

You have

6+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering, including Tier 2 and 3 support

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and hybrid identity (Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA)

Experience managing endpoints with Intune and Atera across Windows and mobile platforms

Working knowledge of Azure and Linux (Ubuntu) server administration

Experience with server virtualization (VMware ESXi or similar) and hyperconverged infrastructure

Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery tools

Solid networking skills: firewalls, switching, VPN and site-to-site IPsec

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to document clearly

Nice to haves

Experience with Sophos firewalls, Dell switches, Exchange hybrid, macOS management, or Windows Autopilot

Exposure to hosting and managing multiple web properties

Familiarity with remote monitoring, auditing, and ticketing tools

Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Sophos, Veeam, CompTIA Network+/Security+)

We have

Great, diverse, authentic people!

Unlimited career growth opportunities

Mentorship from the ‘best in the biz’

Corporate Giving Strategy supporting community development

Annual salary reviews and performance bonuses

A robust Benefit plan and Employee Assistance Program

Educational Assistance Program

Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000, dependent on experience
