Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay is currently seeking talent for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States, preferred States: NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP

What you would be doing:

• •Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• •Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
• •Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
• •Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress
• •Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
• •Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication
• •Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives
• •Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives

What you will bring along:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• •3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• •Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus
• •Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
• •Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
