This is a strategic recruitment role supporting engineering talent acquisition across the United States and Canada, with a particular focus on the energy sector and highly specialized technical positions. You will lead complex recruitment processes from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and hiring completion. Working closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, you will provide market insights, advise on recruitment strategies, and build pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles. The position combines hands-on recruiting expertise with stakeholder influence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement. You will also contribute to developing recruitment capabilities by mentoring junior colleagues and adopting innovative sourcing practices.
