Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end IT hiring across various technologies and business units. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive closures in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across different technology stacks.
• •Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray searches, referrals, and networking channels.
• •Screen and assess candidates based on technical and business requirements.
• •Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• •Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• •Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
• •Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
• •Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS updates regularly.
• •Provide market intelligence, salary trends, and hiring insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• •7+ years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• •Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
• •Expertise in sourcing through Boolean search, LinkedIn, and passive talent channels.
• •Strong communication, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
