Education - Diploma/ ITI - Mechanical/Fitter
Experience - 4 to 5 Yrs. with Diploma / 6 to 8 Yrs. with ITI
1) To ensure maximum reliability, availability, and performance of Catalytic production equipment through effective Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), condition monitoring, breakdown elimination, spare parts management, and continuous improvement activities. The role will be responsible for Mechanical Maintenance, Hydraulic System Maintenance, Welding Machine Maintenance, Fanuc Robot Maintenance, Laser Welding machine, Rolling M/c, Sizing M/c, Barcode Marking machine, Cutting machine, Shape Forming Machine etc.
2) Mechanical Maintenance, Hydraulics System Maintenance, Pneumatics System Maintenance
3) Alignment, Precision Assembly , Ball screw , LM Ways,
4) Ownership & Accountability , Analytical Thinking , Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Result Orientation, Safety Awareness
5) Execute predictive maintenance activities using vibration analysis, oil analysis, and condition-based monitoring techniques.
6) Maintain conveyor systems, welding machines, assembly fixtures, presses, roll forming machines, and material handling equipment.
7) Repair and replace bearings, couplings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and pneumatic components.
