Senior Technical Business Analyst (IAM / CIAM)

We are seeking an experienced technical analyst for the position of Senior Technical Business Analyst within our platform initiatives division. Your role will be to translate requirements into technical specifications for engineering and architecture teams. You will participate in strategic projects in the areas of system integration ( MuleSoft), identity management (CIAM ), DevSecOps, and custom engineering. Your task will be to work closely with product managers, architects, engineers, and business partners to ensure the successful delivery of platforms and digital transformation.

What you will do in this role:

• •You will gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• •You will translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and integration requirements.
• •You will facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• •You will support solution design activities in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
• •You will document business processes, system interactions, data flows, and technical specifications.
• •You will support backlog management, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

What you should have:

• •Technical Business Analysis: 5+ years of experience in analyzing functional and technical requirements in a complex software or platform environment.
• •Integrations and Platforms: Experience with system integration (ideally with the MuleSoft platform) and understanding of areas such as CIAM or DevSecOps .
• •Jira and Agile Approach: Experience creating user stories, process flows, integration requirements, and managing backlogs.
• •Design and Documentation: Ability to document system interactions, data flows, and technical specifications for architects and engineers.
• •Communication and English: Ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders and communicate fluently in English.
