PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:

Ser responsable de la gestión de compras indirectas de la compañía, asegurando procesos eficientes, oportunos y alineados con los estándares corporativos. Además, apoyar a los usuarios internos en el uso de herramientas y procesos de compras, compartiendo conocimientos y promoviendo buenas prácticas dentro del equipo.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Gestionar la compra de bienes y servicios requeridos por las distintas áreas de la compañía.
  • Brindar apoyo y orientación a usuarios internos en los procesos de compras.
  • Capacitar y acompañar a colaboradores en el uso de plataformas y procedimientos de abastecimiento.
  • Solicitar y analizar cotizaciones para asegurar las mejores opciones de compra.
  • Administrar y desarrollar relaciones con proveedores.
  • Realizar seguimiento a órdenes de compra y compromisos de entrega.
  • Resolver contingencias relacionadas con proveedores y servicios contratados.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de compras, contratos y proveedores.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.

SU PERFIL:

  • Título Técnico Medio o Profesional en Administración, Logística o afín.
  • Experiencia mínima 6 años en compras indirectas o abastecimiento.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y negociación.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales y sistemas de compras.
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
  • Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente y orientar a otros usuarios.

OTROS:

  • Disponibilidad para Viajar dentro y fuera de Chile.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de turno 5x2.
  • Licencia de conducción clase B, mínimo antigüedad 3 años (excluyente).
  • Residencia en Santiago (excluyente).
