The Role

• The Role:
• As a Senior Technical Consultant (Shift Lead) within the Devices Factory, you will serve as the on‑shift technical authority for high‑volume device migrations between Microsoft 365 tenants for a global multi‑entity enterprise. You will lead execution across a 24x7 factory model, coordinating repeatable, runbook‑driven waves of MAC OS device transition, Kandji/IRU or Automated Device Enrolment (ADE) / Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO) activities. You will be accountable for shift readiness (tooling, access, queues), quality gates, evidence capture and rapid issue resolution so that device migrations are delivered safely, predictably and at programme scale. This is a hands‑on migration execution, technical leadership role: you will still troubleshoot complex device migration failures, but your primary success measure is consistent throughput with low rework and disciplined shift operations.

What you will do

• •Lead end-to-end execution of device migration waves during assigned shifts, ensuring readiness checks, adherence to runbooks, go/no-go criteria, and successful tenant transition activities, including ADE enrollment and device re-provisioning.
• •Own shift-level incident management by triaging and resolving migration issues related to ADE, device enrollment, compliance, conditional access, certificates, and device identity, while coordinating escalations with vendor and tool support teams when required.
• •Manage migration operations, including backlog prioritization, ticket handling, SLA adherence, evidence collection, audit documentation, change records, and shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity across the 24x7 support model.
• •Drive post-migration validation, hypercare support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides in collaboration with solution architects and technical leads.

Required Skills & Experience

• •9+ years of experience in endpoint management and device migration projects.
• •Experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant macOS device migrations.
• •Strong expertise in Jamf, Kandji/IRU, macOS provisioning, compliance policies, and enrollment troubleshooting.
• •Hands-on experience with Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), including registration, profile assignment, and re-provisioning.
• •Strong understanding of Platform SSO (PSSO), Conditional Access, and device compliance.
• •Experience working in a runbook-driven delivery model with defined quality controls.
• •Proven experience in 24x7 shift operations, including handovers and queue management.
• •Strong PowerShell and macOS automation/scripting skills.
• •Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and migration documentation.
• •Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation handling skills for large-scale migration programs.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• •Knowledge of Conditional Access, device compliance, and endpoint security.
• •Relevant certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, or equivalent.
• •Experience supporting global migration and hypercare operations.
• •Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
• •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and shift handover skills.
• •Ability to mentor teams, drive collaboration, and enforce governance standards.
• •Ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
