The Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, discovery and delivery of a key capability area. You will own the roadmap, drive alignment with business goals and lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions, ensuring innovation, alignment with market needs and seamless execution.

This is a high-autonomy role for someone experienced in managing complex products and stakeholders, with a track record of delivering value in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and drive a clear, innovative product roadmap, securing buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
• •Lead the end-to-end definition, development and delivery of digital experiences that enhance customer engagement.
• •Oversee product launches, collaborating with leadership, engineering and cross-functional teams.
• •Translate business needs into high-quality product requirements and secure alignment across teams.
• •Utilise data-driven insights to define new features, optimise existing products and drive business outcomes.
• •Work closely with engineering, UX/UI and delivery to ensure seamless execution.
• •Establish mechanisms for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management and issue resolution.
• •Continuously analyse market trends, competitor insights and performance metrics to inform strategy.
