Job Description

We are recruiting for a Senior Technical Program Manager to manage project and program level initiatives in the VROL (Global Dispute Processing System) PMO in Singapore. This role will provide project management capability to a new team developing AI R&D and Innovation capabilities in Singapore, with the goal of developing new or significantly improved products/services and processes for our Global Dispute Processing system.

The successful candidate will also provide support to the wider Program Management Office in the delivery of the overall VROL Program.

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver medium-sized programs and projects on time, in scope and on budget, supporting the creation of required plans and artifacts and the ability to own and manage a risk or dependency plan. They will provide feedback to help evolve workflow processes and policies to fit the ever-changing needs and capabilities of our growing company.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain effective and cooperative professional business relationships within the VROL team

Implement and continuously improve the integration of PMO GenAI tooling and agents into the Agentic Tool Chain to enable seamless monitoring and reporting on delivery metrics

Ability to act quickly, seamlessly and professionally in response to fast-changing problem situations

Ensure Program governance including Financials, Delivery Status and Audit requirements across multiple delivery teams are reported accurately and in a timely manner to the Program leadership, and wider Portfolio Operations team

Foster a culture of process improvement, building KPIs with timely tracking, and working to harness the success of the initiative across the Program

Accountable for the production and ownership of Project plans

Accountable for the production and distribution of status and milestone reports

Provide accurate reporting to all stakeholders in the PMO, wider VROL team and beyond

Manage risks and issues relating to the Program, ensuring timely updates including mitigating actions are provided to the wider VROL team

Prepare and support project/work stream meetings, including meeting management, minute taking, preparing agendas and document distribution

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Proficient in the use of GenAI tooling as part of their daily Project Management activities

Experience in managing projects dedicated to R&D utilizing a high degree of GenAI development

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated strength in developing complex Excel spreadsheets and PowerBI dashboards

Discretion combined with poise and professionalism in all communications

Must be able to exercise exceptional judgment regarding information, which may be confidential or material, non-public

The ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment with little supervision

Demonstrated strength in multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail

Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills

Customer service-focused with ability to work collaboratively with others including interacting with internal and external contacts

Must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team

Demonstrates excellent leadership and professional presence with a confident and approachable personality

Possesses strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions

Must be a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision

Ability to effectively and successfully respond to problem situations
