• Your role
• As a Senior Technical Project Manager in out Compliance, Quality & Regulatory team in Stockholm, you will lead and own end-to-end CapEx delivery in pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D, ensuring high quality on-time, on-budget and GMP-compliant execution while managing plans, priorities, risks, changes, and dependencies.

• In this role you will play a key role in:
• • Drive project performance through KPIs, monitoring project health, finances, and delivery progress, proactively addressing deviations and providing data-driven updates to senior stakeholders.
• • Lead global cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing aligning diverse workstreams, time zones, cultures, and disciplines to achieve delivery goals.
• • Manage clients, teams and suppliers as the primary contact, building trusted relationships while ensuring effective communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
• • Report project status, finances, deviations, and KPIs to leadership, clients and governance bodies, translating complex technical and operational data into actionable insights.
• • Apply GMP, pharmaceutical compliance, and AI project methodologies to maintain governance, project budget, optimize resource allocation, and ensure high-quality, fully compliant deliverables.

• Your Profile
• • 15+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a proven track record in complex technical and large-scale CapEx projects in highly regulated environments.
• • Hands-on CapEx experience in pharmaceutical settings, combined with strong manufacturing, validation, and compliance knowledge.
• • Proven ability to define, track, and report KPIs, manage risks and finances, and deliver measurable results in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• • Strong leadership skills, with experience aligning and driving global cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, digital, and supplier organizations.
• • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively from shop-floor teams to C-suite leaders across clients and suppliers.
• • Fluent in Swedish, written and oral is a requirement. Excellent English professional knowledge, written and oral is needed for this role.
