About the Role
We're looking for a highly innovative, technically accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager with a passion for creating exceptional consumer products.
This is an opportunity for an engineer who loves inventing, solving complex problems and creating beautifully engineered products that people genuinely love to use. Much of our development is supplier-led, with manufacturing partners responsible for concept development, CAD modeling, prototyping and testing. You'll guide and evaluate their engineering work, challenge technical decisions and ensure products fulfill their promise. This isn't a traditional project management role. You'll own the technical development process and be accountable for getting exceptional products into production on time.

- investigations.
- Apply DFM/DFA across diverse materials, manufacturing processes and tooling technologies.
- Review supplier drawings, tolerances, materials, tooling and methods to optimize performance, cost and quality.
- Guide validation, pilot builds and production readiness, ensuring technical requirements are met before launch.
- What You’ll Bring
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field; 8+ years of relevant engineering and NPD experience.
- Proven record of bringing innovative, mass-produced consumer products from concept to commercialization.
- Deep mechanical design, materials, tooling, manufacturing-process and DFM/DFA expertise.
