Senior Technical Service Engineer

What you will do:

Application Technology Development

• •Develop, optimize, validate, and standardize performance and application testing methods for ion exchange resins.
• •Design and execute application studies for new products developed by R&D, including experimental planning, performance evaluation, data analysis, and technical reporting.
• •Establish robust and reproducible application evaluation methods to support product development, promotion, and commercialization.

Product Application Testing & Evaluation

Conduct application testing and comparative performance evaluations of company and competitive products.

• •Perform customer sample testing, application validation, and technical assessments based on specific customer requirements.
• •Analyze experimental data, identify performance trends, and develop technical recommendations to support product optimization and customer projects.
• •Establish and maintain application databases, standardized test methods, protocols, reports, and other technical documentation.

Technical Support

• •Provide technical support to Sales, Application teams, and customers, including product selection, process recommendations, troubleshooting, application validation, and sample testing.
• •Translate laboratory findings and application data into practical technical recommendations for customer applications.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• •Partner with R&D, Application, and Sales teams to support new product commercialization and implementation of customer projects.
• •Provide application insights and technical feedback to support product improvement and development activities.
• •Perform other technical service responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Environmental Engineering, Water Treatment, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in the ion exchange resin industry.

• •Sound understanding of ion exchange resin fundamentals, product characteristics, performance evaluation, and typical applications.
• •Ability to independently design experimental plans, develop resin application or evaluation methods, conduct experiments, analyze data, and draw technically sound conclusions.
• •Familiarity with common laboratory analytical and testing methods and strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• •Good written and reading proficiency in English, with the ability to review and prepare professional technical documentation.
