Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and process assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze operational data and performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate and monitor improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
  • Support training programs related to quality standards and continuous improvement practices.
  • Monitor customer complaints and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Assist in process mapping, workflow optimization, and standardization initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes is preferred.
