Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

As a Senior Tenders & Contracts Specialist , you will be reporting to the Tender & Contracts Manager, you will manage the entire tender process (identification, qualification, response, and evaluation). You will lead the tender process and work closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Pricing, and other relevant business functions to ensure all tender-specific requirements, terms, conditions, and approvals are effectively managed.

What will you do:

  • Lead the tender process from opportunity identification through submission, award, and lessons learned.
  • Drive tender pricing activities, including price evaluations, discount management, historical pricing analysis, and preparation of commercial recommendations.

Manage end-to-end pricing administration, including MFG/ERP price uploads, price list maintenance, customer-specific pricing, monitoring validity and expiry dates, and system price updates.

  • Analyse tender requirements, pricing structures, commercial terms, and risks to support effective Go/No-Go decisions.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Product Management, and Legal to develop competitive and compliant tender submissions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, documentation, pricing inputs, and approvals.
  • Manage tender pipelines, forecasts, pricing trackers, and reporting, providing clear visibility to the Tender & Contracts Manager and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage customer contracts and monitor compliance with commercial and pricing commitments.
  • Analyse tender outcomes, pricing trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

What will you need:

Required:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in pricing, tender management, bids, contracts, or commercial operations , with strong exposure to pricing activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in tender pricing, price analysis, discount management, pricing strategy, or commercial negotiations .
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyse pricing data and translate insights into commercial recommendations.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with ERP, pricing, or contract/tender management systems.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with public or private healthcare tenders and complex pricing models.
  • Knowledge of pricing governance, contract compliance, discount structures, or commercial operations.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.

Travel Percentage: 20%
