About the role:

With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world we need a smart specialist who will be able to work together with the rest of the team to ensure financial stability in the company. We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operation Specialist to join our team in Cracow office.

What you’ll do:

• •Verify the accuracy of internal financial postings and report any discrepancies.
• •Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring a high level of matching across Group entities.
• •Perform daily activities in intercompany and financial management systems, including AARO and CoProcessNetting.
• •Manage and resolve queries related to intercompany processes and transactions.
• •Prepare reconciliations, supporting documentation, and reports for financial audit purposes.
• •Collaborate closely with internal finance teams, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR).
• •Support treasury operations, including manual payment processing, In-House Banking (IHB) activities, TEF processing, Cashforce administration, and forecasting.

Your qualifications:

• •A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• •Solid professional experience in finance and/or accounting
• •Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• •A detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• •The ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
• •A collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success
• •Familiarity with SAP, which would be an asset
• •Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word

This is a full‑time position, based in Kraków, Poland. We work in a hybrid model (5 days of remote work per month).
