ABOUT THE COMPANY

Serve as primary relationship lead for high-value trust clients and beneficiaries

Exercise fiduciary discretion regarding distributions, trust modifications, and complex administrative decisions

Serve as escalation authority for high-risk or sensitive fiduciary matters

Contribute to refinement of fiduciary policies, standards, and best practices

Represent the firm in high-level client meetings and professional engagements

Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the needs of the role

10+ years of experience in trust administration within a trust company or fiduciary-focused wealth management firm

Deep expertise in fiduciary law, trust structures, and regulatory requirements

Demonstrated ability to manage complex and high-value fiduciary relationships independently

Strong risk management mindset and sound fiduciary judgment

Executive-level communication skills and client presence

Unwavering commitment to fiduciary integrity and ethical standards

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field

Juris Doctor (JD) or Master’s degree in business or related discipline
