We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user experience design, visual design, design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• •Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• •Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• •Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• •Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• •Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and interaction patterns.
• •Translate business requirements into intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• •Review implemented designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• •Mentor junior designers and provide design guidance when required.
• •Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• •Strong expertise in UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• •Proficiency in tools such as Figma, AI, Adobe Photoshop (image editing), and Adobe Illustrator (graphic design).
• •Experience in creating design systems and component libraries.
• •Knowledge of usability standards and accessibility guidelines.
• •Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows.
• •Strong communication and presentation skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
