Job Summary

We are seeking a highly resilient, technically sound, and solution-

driven Senior VC++ / C++ Developer to join our Apparel & Textile

Pattern Product project. In this role, you will not just write code;

you will own technical challenges end-to-end. We need a mature

professional who thrives under pressure, possesses exceptional

problem-solving abilities, and can navigate complex project

dynamics. You will serve as a key technical anchor, managing client

relationships during high-stakes situations and using diplomatic,

strategic thinking to bring complex technical issues to a successful

closure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution & Problem Solving

System Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain

efficient, reusable, and reliable VC++ and C++ code for the Product

ecosystem.

Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex system bottlenecks,

memory leaks, and performance issues independently, delivering

robust fixes without supervision.

Code Optimization: Maintain high code quality, organization, and

automation while optimizing application performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Strategic Communication: Serve as the technical point of contact

for clients, translating complex technical challenges into clear,

strategic updates.

Conflict Resolution: Navigate tough client conversations and high-

pressure situations with diplomacy, ensuring client trust is

maintained during critical project phases.

Expectation Management: Align client expectations with technical

realities, proactively proposing alternative solutions to meet

business goals.

Project & Dynamics Ownership

Crisis Management: Demonstrate emotional maturity and

resilience when project requirements shift or timelines become

challenging.

Ownership: Take full accountability for project delivery, driving

ambiguous requirements toward definitive, high-quality closures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

4 to 5 years of professional software development

experience explicitly focused on VC++ and C++.

Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming

(OOP) concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Visual Studio

development environment, MFC, and Win32 API.

Proficiency in memory management, multi-threading, and

performance tuning.

Familiarity with database systems (SQL) and version control

tools (e.g., Git, SVN).

Soft Skills & Maturity

Proven Problem Solver: A track record of untangling complex

technical messes independently.

Diplomatic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written

English communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult

conversations gracefully.
