About the Role

As the Senior Visual Merchandising Designer, you will provide excellent & creative visual merchandising directions for product displays and designated markets to ensure brand’s high quality, homogenous image and proper execution across the region.

The Impact You Can Create at CHANEL

  • Create product displays and merchandising guidelines to educate and train Visual Merchandiers and Retail teams.
  • Connect and animate the Visual Merchandising community through digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Ensure proper merchandising execution throughout the region through creating different guidelines for visual layouts, technical details, and campaign design direction.
  • Conceptualize, create and develop innovative displays and events for different campaigns that are consistent with the brand image.

What You Will Bring

  • A degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
  • At least 4 years’ working experience in visual merchandising / interior decoration / graphic design / events design environment, preferably with cosmetics or luxury consumer industry. Background in providing training will be a plus.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • A dynamic, creative, and self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
