As a Senior Wage & Hour Class Action Attorney, you will lead and contribute to sophisticated employment litigation, representing employees in wage and hour disputes, class actions, and other representative proceedings. You will manage key aspects of civil litigation, from discovery and depositions to motion practice, oral advocacy, and courtroom appearances. Working across state and federal courts, you will help advance cases involving significant employment law and consumer protection issues.
